As a Member or user of Ideal Partners Inc., every time you use the Service, you are ratifying the terms of the Agreement and any modifications subsequently made by Ideal Partners Inc.

II. MEMBERSHIP

Ideal Partners Inc. is a service available to adults only. You must be at least Eighteen (18) years of age to participate. By becoming a member, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. As a condition of membership, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as it is requested during the registration process including, but not limited to, your contact information and billing information. You agree to maintain and update this information and to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If any information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, out-dated, or incomplete, Ideal Partners Inc. has the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of love.ca or ru1ru2.com's site.

Ideal Partners Inc. is a membership service with different membership options. We currently offer the General Membership for free. Maintaining a free General Membership requires that you provide certain demographic data, complete a significant portion of your personal page, and be periodically active on the site. In the future we may charge a fee for the General Membership.

We offer Silver, Gold, and VIP Membership Plans that have enhanced features. These Membership Packages are provided for a fee, but when your membership expires, you will revert back to the free general membership.

III. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Either you or Ideal Partners Inc. may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. If we do not have a mailing address for you, our notice to you may be delivered by e-mail to the e-mail address associated with your Membership. Ideal Partners Inc. reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the love.ca or ru1ru2.com service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you. Your use of love.ca or ru1ru2.com is for your sole, personal, use. You may not authorize others to use your Membership, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity.

IV. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The following general rules of responsibility apply: You agree to use the love.ca or ru1ru2.com site for the purposes of having a personal page, and contacting other members to establish a personal - not a business- relationship. You are solely responsible for the information that you publish or display on the love.ca or ru1ru2.com service, or transmit to other love.ca or ru1ru2.com Members. You will use the love.ca or ru1ru2.com service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable rules and regulations provided by Ideal Partners Inc. You will not post or transmit either to love.ca or ru1ru2.com Members, employees, or agents any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, sexual, offensive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or illegal material, or any material that infringes upon or violates any person's rights, including rights of privacy. You will not use love.ca or ru1ru2.com to infringe upon the privacy rights, property rights, or other civil rights of any person.

V. ONLINE CONDUCT

The following rules apply to your specific use of love.ca or ru1ru2.com: You will not post, distribute or reproduce in anyway any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner(s) of such proprietary rights. You will not include in your displayed profile any Icq numbers, telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's, email addresses, offensive sexual references or suggestions, including offensive language.

Ideal Partners Inc. reserves the right, but has no obligation, to review all content posted on the site and to reject, at its sole discretion, any profile, text, or photograph. You will keep all information provided to you through love.ca or ru1ru2.com private and confidential and will not give such information to anyone without the permission of the person who provided it to you.

VI. PHOTOGRAPHS AND COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL

All photographs and graphic images ("Images") submitted for display on the love.ca or ru1ru2.com site, become the sole property of Ideal Partners Inc., and are protected by the love.ca or ru1ru2.com copyright. All Images submitted for display on a personal page are subject to approval by Ideal Partners Inc., at our sole discretion; no Images depicting pornographic or illegal activities will be displayed. You agree to abide by federal copyright laws and further agree not to copy, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or otherwise transfer any such copyrighted material in any format, electronic or otherwise except as provided by federal copyright laws.

VII. LIABILITY

You acknowledge that Ideal Partners Inc. cannot ensure the personal security or privacy of any Member as a consequence of any Member's meeting or encounter with any other individual through the love.ca or ru1ru2.com service. Further, love.ca or ru1ru2.com has performed no screening, background checks, or verification of any information provided to it by its Members, and it is the responsibility of each Member to take any steps deemed advisable to ensure their personal safety and security.

You acknowledge that we cannot ensure the security or privacy of information that you provide through the Internet and your email messages and you release us from any and all liability in connection with the use of such information by other parties. We are not responsible for the use by others of any information which you provide to them, and you should exercise discretion when selecting the personal information you wish provide to others through love.ca or ru1ru2.com. We cannot assume any responsibility for the content of any messages sent by other members and you release us from any and all liability in connection with the content of any communications you may receive from other Members.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold blameless Ideal Partners Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of the love.ca or ru1ru2.com site, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

VIII. LINKS

The love.ca or ru1ru2.com site may occasionally contain links to other World Wide Web Internet sites and resources ("Links"). We are not responsible for, and have no liability as a result of, the availability of the Links or their content.

IX. NO WARRANTIES

This Agreement shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The laws of Canada will govern any dispute arising hereunder. love.ca or ru1ru2.com's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
